Carol Ball, Associate Broker, is well known to the Williamsburg community, having been active in real estate sales in the area for over 20 years. As a graduate of the College of William & Mary, she has deep roots here. Her in-depth knowledge of Kingsmill, the neighborhood where she lives, and the greater Williamsburg area, along with her many years of experience helping buyers and sellers, makes her a valuable resource to her customers and clients. She believes in education and has earned many designations to reflect her high level of expertise and training in the real estate profession (ABR, CRS, GRI, SFR, SRES).
As the child of a U. S. Naval officer, Carol moved multiple times while growing up and has lived all over the world. She and her family also moved many times, and she understands very well how stressful but also exciting a move can be for the whole family.
The thing Carol loves most about her job is helping people. She finds it enormously satisfying to be able to assist her clients as they buy and/or sell a home and likes to make the transaction as easy as possible for them. Her skills in communication, organization, problem solving, market analysis, pricing, home staging, and negotiation, as well as her patience and responsiveness, have earned her loyalty and friendship from those who have worked with her. Recommendations from former clients are a steady source of new business.
She enjoys participating in many community activities, including the Kingsmill Women’s Social Club, Sports Club, Golf Club, and Yacht Club, as well as other organizations in Williamsburg. Carol is an avid skier and bicyclist and loves to travel.
