Kim Frischkorn Condyles
Kim Frischkorn Condyles is what you’d call a “people person.” One of Kim’s greatest qualities is her ability to connect with people. This characteristic has set her apart in her professional career. Kim’s passion for antiques, homes and gardens, interior design, and fashion have inspired her professional endeavors. She worked with Etcetera, a direct sales fashion for women, for more than fourteen years and rose to become one of the top producing sales consultants in the country. She did this by listening to her clients, being sincere and honest. Her love for antiques and interior design was nurtured through her jobs working with two interior designers and with the Estate, Antique and Appraisal Division of a local auction house. Kim’s unique ability to creatively envision the potential of properties has fueled her love for real estate and has been elegantly displayed in her own homes which she has renovated and had built.
Kim is a native of Richmond, Virginia. During her high school years, Kim’s love for riding horses moved her family to Hanover. Upon graduating from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, with a specialty in Mentally Handicapped, Emotionally Disturbed and Learning Disabled, Kim returned to Richmond and raised her family. She has 2 grown daughters, 2 step children and her husband, Michael, who also is a Richmond native. She grew up spending her summers both on the Rappahannock and Potomac Rivers and now has a summer house in the Northern Neck. “I am a true river rat”!
Her commitment to family and friends is immeasurable. She is truly devoted to everything she is involved with. She believes in giving back to her community. She has been a volunteer at Collegiate School where her two daughters attended, served as President, VP of Programs, VP of Membership, Recording Secretary and Garden Day Chair for the Council of Historic Richmond, serves as Immediate Past President of the Counsel of Historic Richmond, a member of the Senior Board of Children’s Hospital, the Windsor Farm’s Garden Club and First Presbyterian Church and a past member of the Junior Board of Commonwealth Parenting Center.
