Maribeth is a Richmond native who is a graduate of Collegiate School and Sweet Briar College. After working in state government for several years, she decided to make a career change and begin working as a Realtor with The Steele Group. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Trainee with P.E. Turner & Company, a real estate appraisal firm started by her father in 1980.
Maribeth grew up in Manakin-Sabot in Goochland County but now resides in the City of Richmond with her husband, David, and their son, Rice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their English Springer Spaniel, Wilson, at their family home on the Chesapeake Bay on Gwynn's Island in Mathews County. Maribeth also enjoys music and plays the piano and viola. She is a lifelong member of Second Baptist Church and is also a member of The Tuckahoe Woman's Club.
