Marguerite has been dabbling in real estate for as long as she can remember. It began with uncovering the diamonds in the rough to renovate with her mom in her hometown of Lynchburg, then leasing apartments during college at JMU, and now renovating and managing rental properties in the West End, Westover Hills, Bon Air, Museum District, Church Hill and Ginter Park with her husband, Phil. She appreciates the variety of neighborhoods that Richmond has to offer. From the historic, the mid-century modern, to new construction, the right home is out there for everyone and with over 20 years in the area, Marguerite has the expertise to find it.
Aside from her long-standing love affair with real estate, Marguerite applied her Masters from University of Richmond to a successful career in Human Resources management that took her to an Alaskan National Park, a Lake Tahoe ski resort and finally settled her in Richmond where she tackled the many personnel problems for healthcare and energy executives. She'll channel that wealth of expertise to negotiate a deal on your dream home or design a marketing strategy to get the best sales price for your house when you're ready to move on.
As for her personal life, you'll find her hiking along the James River trail system, visiting the VMFA or Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens, throwing absurd theme parties and soaking up Richmond's many live music events, with her kindergartner and designer mutt in tow.
