Spring Real Estate Market is Already Underway!
The Spring Real Estate market in the Greater Richmond Metro Area normally begins the week before Easter. This year, thanks to a very mild winter and some beautiful spring-like days in early March, we are well under way. The azalea bushes may not be blooming yet, but weekend open houses are all a buzz with the excitement and hope of a more positive mortgage climate, great loan rates, and pent-up Buyers who have just been waiting for the market to stabilize.
